&lt;P&gt;Is this just on live television channels? As stated this is usually the result of a dish misalignment or the cabling (water getting in ?)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Perhaps try an alternative HDMI cable as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
