I have just connected to a new Virgin router my sky q box will not accept this and I'm connected to someone else's sky

If you find your new router in the list on your skybox and put the correct password which you should find some where on your new router it log on successfully. Just make sure the correct router from the list the name again is on you new router with you password.

That's the thing there was and is no list it just automatically connected to someone's sky box as I said I'm with Virgin not sky
