    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having this problem too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It started with only getting TNT Sports 1 and Premier Sports 1 &amp;amp; 2 in HD.&amp;nbsp; All other channels in the Sports Extra pack would not open in HD and I only had the option with watch the SD version of TNT Sports 2, 3, 4.&amp;nbsp; I logged multiple calls with support and followed all of the troubleshooting that was suggested (everything from Sky sending a signal to my Sky Q box) to totally removing the Sports Extra pack and adding it back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing was resolved and after wasting so much of my time to get something that I was paying for to actually work, I resigned myself to just having the SD channels and the other ones in HD.&amp;nbsp; At least I could still watch the channels albeit not all with the definition I was also paying for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then on Tuesday night I turned on TNT Sports HD 1 and received the message that I didnt subscribe to the channel and to press red to start signing up.&amp;nbsp; So like before I press red and I get the message that I am already subscribed.&amp;nbsp; But the channels still dont clear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was now on all of the Sports Extra channels essentially meaning I now am paying for it but can receive nothing.&amp;nbsp; How can Sky continue to ignore what seems to be an ongoing issue and any time support are contacted, nothing can be done to fix it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;TNT sports 2 3 and 4 not working on. Sky Q. Saying upgrade required but I have full sports and sorts extra. &amp;nbsp;TNT 1 is working. No access via HBO MAX as I'm in Ireland and content not available. Sky have been no help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;wnyso ever. Is anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've contacted sky three time on this. I won't go into the information provided but no fix to date. I have an open chat that hasn't been responded to since 9 April. Strangely I just checked and the sd versions of tnt 2 3 and 4 and they do work. Makes absolutely no sense. They work on sky go also but just not on the Q box. Next stop is to call and cancel. I tried yesterday but the Irish contact centre had an issue and the UK contact centre couldn't access my account. &amp;nbsp;I suspect it's HBO max related somehow but sport content not available in Ireland there. Very unsatisfactory. Complaint also to be lodged.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
