Can’t watch Sky Atlantic on SkyQ

Can’t watch Sky Atlantic on SkyQ. Getting message saying I need to upgrade my subscription even though it's included in my package. Had the same problem earlier with Disney+ on a mobile device

Hi @LN23 Just checking that you are not trying to watch Sky Atlantic HD without a HD subscription add-on.

Yes I had the same message on my screen when trying to watch somthing on demand on Sky Atlantic. I than noticed that is UHD in the corner, we used to have the UHD add on but had recent,y cancelled, but still had my SkyQ box set to the UHD setting. If I want to the program and pressed "more option I could change it to the HD version which I could download without problem. But I fixed the problem properly though you are supposed to go to settings and untick the uHD auto download option that would not work, but I thought as I no longer have the UHD addon on my picture resolution dose not need to be in the UHD resolution any more so I changed that back to the HD resolution and that also fixed the UHD auto download problem. And I can download load any Sky Atlantic programme without problem

I haven't changed my subscription with Sky and we watched Atlantic last night

Hi @LN23 Have you tried a box power reboot? It often cures these type of glitches.

We powered it off/on earlier & that didn't help, but I was just looking through my bills and noticed that last month we had UHD and this month (from today) it's no longer itemised, so it seems that Sky have removed/stopped it for some reason 🤷‍♀️
