      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you certain it's your neighbours network? Sky Q boxes usually show the name of their internal mesh network (something like SKY13579) and people often assume it must be their neighbours network, but it's not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you connect via Ethernet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a non-Sky broadband it will only connect on 2.4GHz.&amp;nbsp; Try changing the channel to avoid interferring with the neighbours.&amp;nbsp; (Or they change theirs)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
