&lt;P&gt;You can also you use the tracking details from the receipt you should have been given to track them on the Royal Mail website.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Even when they are arrived it can take a week or two to be received into stock.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You day money was taken from your account, if this was a usual bill then this is normal so if you have now left Sky and you now see a credit from this vet payment then as long as your payment details are in place we can arrange some help for you via here to get this refunded.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned my 2 boxes as I have cancelled my Sky .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The money was taken out of my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am waiting to receive refund .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have not received confirmation that the boxes have been received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It strange they have not confirmed that they have received them as when I sent my box back I got email 2 days after sending them , thanking me for returning the equiment it was with courier and would be with them shortly. However if you still have that receipt &amp;nbsp;you can check on the Royal Mail web site when they were received by Sky then give Sky a ring giving them the tracking number and the proff of them received and ask for your refund&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
