&lt;P&gt;If it is in your Sky package then it would seem that it hasn't been activated correctly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check in your Q box main Home menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the bottom and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Sky.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can then see what packages are included in your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
