      <title>Unable to watch programmes on mini boxes/CRF debacle</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been unable to use my mini boxes since February, and have an ongoing issue, where the support I have had has been abysmal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a message appears suggesting my account does not cover watching on the mini boxes, and after much conversation, &amp;nbsp;2 new Q boxes and a new viewing card I was told 3 days ago that a CRF was raised and it would be working today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is not working and I have been told on the phone they have not done the work - 'need more information'. I missed the call earlier and when calling back I have been cut off and told I need to wait again until tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has anyone had the same issue and what was the resolution? As it stands I have no hope anyone knows what to do and cannot believe the service received.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now I have spoken to Sky. Comfortably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They were of no help at all, cannot assist in any way, and I have been told it wo be sent to another team who will take another 72 hours to resolve. Is there anyone out there who understands the process and how I can do something of use?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have simply never come across quite such a shambles of a system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
