My Sky Q remote will only switch my TV off every other time.

Hi @mw47831 Are you holding down the power button for 2-3 seconds? You should know when the TV power toggle has been sent as the remote LED flashes once.

A short press of the power button switches your Sky Q to standby. A longer press should turn the TV off (and on).

Hi @mw47831 So are you getting confirmation that the remote has sent the command? LED flashes once.
