Hi, I have a Sky Q box. I have been emailed on two separate occasions informing me that I now have access to Disney Plus and HBO Max as they are now included in my plan. They said to say "Disney Plus" and "HBO Max" into my remote (via the blue microphone button) and it would set it up but when I try that it's saying I have to have broadband to proceed. Unfortunately, I don't have broadband. My question is, am I going to be excluded from getting those channels because I have no broadband or can it be added separately by Sky? Thanks in advance.

hi @AvyB

HBO Max & Disney plus, just like Netflix & Paramout + are Streaming apps which rely on broadband so without broadband you cannot use them (Catch up & On Demand also rely on Broadband)

Broadband is available from SKY and other providers, so you are not restricted to SKY for broadband - although it will depend on where you live as to what is available
