Channel Selection Issues

When I try selecting different channels, more often than not, I just get a black screen. Often if I then turn the Sky Q box off and on, the Channel then tunes OK. But this is extremely frustrating as often it won't work.

Hi @JFG_Primrose I would start by using Sky's Check box https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-wont-turn-on

Thanks MightyQuin......I have been through all of that and this has been going on months now and I'm reaching the end of my tether and contemplating cancelling my subscription, as it's impossible to actually speak to a human being!

Thanks MQ.....I was hoping that the vastness of Sky would monitor customer's that were disgruntled with their products/service. Clearly from what you have said, they don't.
