Netflix Profile Pin

I'm unable to access my Netflix profile as my PIN number is not recognised on my TV via Sky Q. I'm able to access Netflix via my tablet and mobile phone.

Netflix is part of my Sky package.

Please advise.

Same issue here. Looking at Downdetector there is a large spike in reports of login issues.

Looks likely there is a service outage somewhere. May just be impacting certain platforms.

Same here Blackpool. Can login on tablet but not on tv or sky app

Sit tight and wait. Someone will likely be working on the issue. By the morning it'll likely all be good.

I have same problem unable to connect to Netflix however I have signed off all devices from Sky Q Box smart tv etc. I hope to wait to see by tomorrow morning 🤞🏾

My Netflix locked account pin is not being recognised on my tv so i am unable to access my account. If i log in via my tablet there are no issues. How do i get my pin recognised on my tv again? Please help!
