I have TNT sports paid via BT (from BT Sporrs days) I used to be able to view it on my Sky Q box channels AND Discovery plus App via my Qbox. When TNT migrated across to HBO, I could not get TNT to work. (Sky channels TNT still ok). So via HBO help they managed to get my TNT content working on the HBO app. But I cannot get any of the HBO content to work (shows message "get access" but Sky shows its all activated. My BT account, Sky and HBO all have the same e mail address for log in. But when I log in to HBO view my Q box I only get TNT, not any of the HBO content. All the HBO and Sky (so called) Help pages dont show a resolution.

Any ideas?

Hi @AlexS Log into "My Sky" app go to the TV icon press enter then scroll down to see what you have with SKY, select HBO max and follow the instructions to activate it?

Have you activated the hbo max app using your Sky box or via the my Sky app?

It has been activated. Iget the 'already yours' message. Wgen I log on I get access to TNT but not HBO
