&lt;P&gt;if you are now trying to watch from catch up then it is quite likely that the format of the download is not matched to&amp;nbsp; your subscription - i.e. you are trying to download &amp;amp; watch the UHD version without the UHD subscription or the HD version without the HD susbscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check the default download format in&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
