Trying to sign up for HBO on screen it asks for my date of birth, but the remote control isn't working to enter the numbers. has anyone else experienced this issue and resolved it?

Hi @Pollyvk Yes, frequent question in the community. I believe you have to press Select in the field to bring up the number pad. I didn't have these problems, took me just a few minutes using the My Sky App on my tablet.

Had to hit select twice. Really daft interface.
