Why cant I stream U&alibi. I have sky Q with entertainment package but it says I need to upgrade subscription

hi @SUE201

I assume you are trying to download an episode - I am guessing you may not have the HD add on in which case :

As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)

You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

I have this problem trying to watch several older dramas on U which aren't offered in anything but SD. If it's playing on the day and I press record it saves that episode but won't load anything else. I'm specifically trying to watch 'Hetty Wainthropp Investigates' atm, and the 1st episode is available is shown on iPlayer, but none of the later series, and all series are showing up on U&Alibi and U&Drama but I just get the error message 'You don't have this subscription'
