      <title>HBO  Max subtitles freeze makes shows unwatchable</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After activating the 'HBO Max with ads' on my SkyQ box, decided to watch first part of The Pitt. I figured out how to switch subtitles on as I'm hard of hearing, however at least 5 times during the show, the subtitles froze . I couldn't restart the show in the app, and had to go back to Sky home, and restart the app every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else encountered this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone recommend a fix , if not this add-on is practically useless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky support were unable to reproduce this fault, so I've asked them to close this thread. They did suggest I escalate the problem by contacting HBO myself ask they are unable to do so themselves. Not an entirely satisfactory situation, but I'll not be contacting HBO, I'll just not use the app. I watch too much TV anyway&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_frowning_face:"&gt;🙁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
