Heres the responses from Mohammed.... understand your concern. Would you like to remove Disney+ from your Sky subscription?

So that you can later on avail the free Disney+ offered by Sky?

I said thats not what was communicated to me it said you would sort it.

Then got this reply... 1st thing I've explained you everything in details about the Disney+ and also helped you with the solution too

2. thing There is no refund you can get because we have not charged you for Disney+ without your permision

You have added Disney+ and you're paying until now and you haven't cancelled it yet.

And 3rd thing if you cancel it today then you'll not be charged for the Disney+

So the free Disney+ is offered to all sky customer whether thay have it in the subscription or not.

Well obviously not Mohammed as why would your customers pay for it if its free . Doesn't make sense 😕

So I get this message in my sky app for Disney last month. You had a Disney+ subscription with Sky Q We'll cancel your old subscription and remove it from your bill. Any remaining credit will be refunded to your bill automatically. You'll pay for your new subscription with a debit or credit card, giving you more flexibility. Today I queried on sky chat why my future bills all still have 14.99 on them. I was told that I need to cancel that one and then subscribe again for the free one. I asked about the refund and told I don't get one as they have my permission to take the 14.99 a month. So this is a warning ⚠️ if you are like me and was paying through sky for Disney and had all the communications saying you dont need to do anything its incorrect. Cancel now before they take advantage of 14.99 a month ongoing. I was rudely told I was wrong 👎 and there is no communication about refunds so I asked to make a complaint and he said I will but then I can close it as I cancelled it today for you. I said no thats not the point! Your communication to existing subscribers has been inadequate and all this advertising of the free subscriptions when your existing customers are left with existing prices unless they manually cancel it. It's wrong so please check everyone.
