      <title>How do you unlink HBO from wrong account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Set up HBO last night. Thought had linked to the same account sky uses for discovery + with TNT, less ads. It would appear however HBO has been linked to a different account (also in my name with different email) which I used to use prior to moving TNT and discovery a couple of months ago to Sky. Now can't access the right account TNT via red button or anything. No obvious way to unlink. Help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also have issue. &amp;nbsp;HBO Max account all set up and registered via tv and also via Sky website. &amp;nbsp;However, on television there is a message "Welcome back, C******. &amp;nbsp;To start streaming on HBO Max, get access through Skyy via sky.com/my sky..." &amp;nbsp;which I have been to and activiated. &amp;nbsp;All accounts (HBO and TNT) are live on website but that static screen message stays the same, no access to App on television. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;Have rebooted sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However I notice that My Sky has updated my subscriptions and I can now access everything on the email that I activated so something has happened.       <description>&lt;P&gt;OK I have just loaded my subscriptions on My Sky and a new package&amp;nbsp; HBO Max TNT sports has appeared. Linked to the account I was trying to unlink from. I appear to be able to access everything now on phone and TV. Here's hoping thats it sorted. Perhaps I was just a bit impatient guess it takes a while for all accounts to update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The entitlement has now been removed from the HBO account, so that side is resolved.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;However, in My Sky I can still see “HBO Max Basic with Ads” listed, but there is no option to activate or re-link an account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It looks like the entitlement is present on my Sky account but the activation link/token hasn’t been generated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could this be re-provisioned or the activation link reissued?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
