@Davennetty what sky service do you have? I take it its not sky+ if you post here which service you have a superuser can move the post to the correct forum you are talking to fellow customers on this forum so your best bet would be to contact sky directly for help

I have moved your post to the Sky Q board as Sky no longer offer or support Sky+ (where you originally posted) and an engineer isn't required for Stream.

When is your installation date? On that day you should be able to track the progress of the engineer.
