Noticed that voice sync has been abit off on my SKYQ box, So i seams to hear people speaking then i see a slight delay in there lips moving.

I currently use SKYQ with my outside Dish and recently upgraded from 80/20 package to new fttp 500/75 ( not sky internet but an openreach isp ) i dont think the internet is affecting it, the box says software all upto date, ive checked cables all secure.

Just wondering what might ve causing this all of a sudden, its not all the time just randomly happens but only started in last couple of weeks prior to this never had any issues.

Could it be the hdmi cable going faulty ? Or an issue with the dish ?

Also i have been in the setting and tried changing the ms settings from 0 to 100 and sometimes that makes it worse, by default its always been on 0ms for voice sync.

I must admit in over 14 years with sky its the only performance issue i have came across really.

Try a complete power off and back on of the sky box. Seen a few people on here with lipsync issues recently. Not sure if it's a pattern or just coincidence.
