Sorry if this is a duplicated query. I rang sky on Sunday to activate the Sky Package. She said it was done and I would now get a reduced bill via Disney. Is that correct as I was expecting it to be added to my Sky Bill and I am reading that some people have had emails from Sky and Disney confirming a transfer. I am confused as to what should have happened. Thanks in advance

@Twiggy26 What subscription level of Disney have you subscribed to is it the free standard with ads or a higher chargeable subscription

You need to activate it & it does not show in SKy bills,

If you upgrade the tier then that is done via 'SKY Marketplace' which is separate to the SKY main bills.
