Hi all

I'm trying to change my Disney + subscription through sky I keep entering my details as only getting £9 option. But then get error code MySky_2307 with try again. Does this few times still get same message.

have tried through the app fill in all details only getting £9 option then the page just stays white don't get anywhere.

can someone please tell me how I can actually get this new subscription sorted
