Cancelling my sky return

Hi I have cancelled sending back my sky q box a few weeks back but I keep getting messages to return it and 1 message this morning to say there has been a charge put on my account they gave me a reference number that I have when I uncalled it

Your post isn't very clear. Are you saying you cancelled Sky Q, then contacted Sky again to 'cancel the cancellation' and having been sent packaging you're getting reminders to send the box back?

Is a non return charge showing on your Sky account?

Yea I cancelled the whole package because the price was 2 expensive then they gave me back my original price so I stayed with them then I kept getting messages and emails about sending my q box back and sent me out a prepaid return box to send it back so I rang them up because the whole online thing is rubbish and explained my story and they said they have it sorted and gave me a reference number

To see if they can help you I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Community Messaging Team should make contact with you later.

Keep that reference number handy.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
