    <description>&lt;P&gt;For several months now I have been plagued with an error message that only appears when I am watching a recording on my Sky minibox upstairs. The picture goes and I get a blue screen with " You can't currently watch TV as there's an issue with the connection between this Mini Box and your SkyQ box". The sound keeps playing for a few seconds and then that goes as well. About 8 seconds later sound and picture are restored, and I have lost about 2 seconds of the programme.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This can happen 3 or 4 times in a 30 minute programme.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had years of no problems until this started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the Sky Q box and mini box many times, but the problem still occurs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also happens on the downstairs Mini box, which is only 3 feet from the broadband router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone&amp;nbsp;have any idea what to try?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0376.JPEG" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/117104iFC0B772AE1B6CC5B/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0376.JPEG" alt="IMG_0376.JPEG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
