      <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;My Sky Q apps (Netflix/Disney+) are missing even though they show as 'Subscribed' in my box's 'My Sky' menu and in my account in website. The online Service Checker says there is a problem with my sky q so I click to fix the it say 'You don't have Sky Q.' I have already done an App Refresh (001) and a Software Update. According to gemini "It appears my Sky ID is unlinked from my active Sky Q account. Can a Superuser please &lt;/I&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;escalate this to the Sky Messaging Team&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt; so they can re-link my ID?" thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;</description>
