DOES anyone know when Hayu will be availble using my Sky subscription?

I am currently paying £5.99 per month for Hayu through Amazon Prime. I want to make I dont keep paying for this through Amazon when it's available through my Sky subscription?

When this is available from Sky for free using my Sky subscription would this automatically change over and would I need to cancel my direct debit for Hayu Amazon

Disney + has already been added automatically even though I paid subscription with Disney + does this mean when Hayu is added to my sky subscription it will switch over automatically so I don't have to cancel subscription for Hayu with Amazon? Or would I need to cancel hayu subscription with Amazon?

Not sure with Amazon Hayu as Amazon streaming platform subscriptions seem to work a bit differently, I have Paramount through Amazon at the moment as Sky Paramount wasn't working and my subscription is through Amazon not Paramount, I didn't need a Paramount log in, it is payed for through Amazon Prime.

I'd imagine full instructions will be given nearer the time. All the different App subscriptions seem to work differently.

It wasn't added automatically, you had to activate it which moved the billing from Disney to Sky. That automated process didn't work for any Disney subs via 3rd parties. You had to cancel those manually.

With Hayu ... I guess we'll see...

Hello,

I'm a Sky Q customer. On March 3rd I received an email saying that a) my subsciption costs are going up but b) "From March, we’re building extra value into your package, starting with Disney+ , shortly followed by HBO Max and then Hayu"

On March 19th I received an email saying Disney+ is now part of my subscription, which I activated on my sky box and downloaded as an app on a tablet and successfully accessed.

On March 26th I received an email saying HBO Max is now part of my subscription, which I activated on my sky box and downloaded as an app on a tablet and successfully accessed.

I've not received a specific "Hayu is now part of your subscription" email, however on March 22nd, I received an email entitled "top TV is calling your name" advertising "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" on Hayu proclaiming "Hayu available now - Just Say Hayu" (i.e. say it into the voice activation on the sky remote).

So I did this and it says "Get Hayu" and then it says it wants £5.99 or a free trial.

How do i activate Hayu as part of my subscription please?

Hayu only becomes fully available in July. Until then "a taste of Hayu" is available with a small selection of programmes. The list is available in this link and if there's any you want to watch the easiest way to find them is to search for them by name.

Thank you for the information - it's shame Sky didn't communicate this extra information in their emails rather than just "It's coming in March"

ok, let's take "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" as an example as a) it is directly referenced in the email i received and b) it is also referenced in your link.

I ask for the program via the voice activation, it pulls up eleven series of this program, I press "Watch" it fires up the Hayu app, it says "Get Hayu", it says "Monthly £5.99 7-day free trial".

How do i watch this program for free as part of my subscription?

My apologies I didn't read the link you sent in full. I now see that it is only season 12 that is accessible and I have successfully downloaded it (I'm not going to watch it, it was just for testing purposes you understand!)

I have to say that though that it's poor communication from Sky. How on earth was I supposed to know about a drip fed selection of programmes. That should have been communicated.

The problem I am having with hayu is that when trying to access taster via on demand hayu is still asking for me to sign in then only offering payment options

"a taste of Hayu" is not showing for me, ive tried saying into the remote and u have also tried to search for programmes individually but nothing is showing up, I have the ultimate package
