&lt;P&gt;Which TV&amp;nbsp; servkce do you have Sky Q&amp;nbsp; or Sky Stream?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have moved you thread into Sky Q community area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have seen this error before.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It has had resolution by removing ad blockers within your network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;have a read of this older thread and see if it helps you in anyway.&lt;/P&gt;
