      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a Sky customer for 15 years I am appalled to the level which Sky has descended to. I have tried unsuccessfully to complain about my Sky box. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky have been sending out emails and letters regarding the April 2026 annual price increases.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once yours arrives it contains a number to call if you wish to cancel certain Sky services. You have 30 days to call after receiving the notification. Leaving penalty free only applies to Sky+, Sky Q, and Broadband/Talk.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi we have the same issue whereby our box says to insert viewing card all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought i was the only person who had the fault. I just remove and insert the card again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think there is a fault on the software not the hardware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
