Switching to a rolling contract.

I am considering cancelling my current contract due to the price rise in April but would consider switching to a rolling contract with just the Sky Essential package
Is it possible to do this without the need for a 'puck'?
I have a Sky Q box not Sky Glass.

You may need to note that Essential TV that includes SKY Atlantic & Netflix is only available on SKY Glass/ Stream

We think that SKY Q essentials that is effectively just Freesat on SKY Q with pause/record, is no longer available to anyone not already on it but I guess it might be if you call (if it is, possibly not on a rolling contract)
