Activate hayu not working

To activate hayu after subscribed for trial is not working. It it says not working at the moment on the sky website

Is anyone else getting a fault when they try and activate Hayu through sky? I follow the QR code that Sky has on screen and then I get a messages saying

Does anyone know what the issue is? I phoned sky on Tuesday and the problem is still occurring. So I am unable to create or link an account because it now thinks I've subscribed. Help, I need my fix of mindless American reality! 🤣🤣🤣

I can't active hayu too. That's what it says on the sky website.

@Tanja1 sky sort of said it's not an issue even though the lady on the phone had the same issue. It's frustrating isn't it

Embarrassing for sky and annoying for us. No way I pay £4.99 after the 3 months.

I checked with Sky yesterday and apparently we'll only get charged if we managed to get an account set up, otherwise they can't charge us. I can't say I'm confident about that though!

You need to create a sky ID to link hayu to sky Q.

I'm getting the same message, Sky sent me a direct link but getting that message still even after signing into my Sky account. Was told to just keep trying 🤷‍♀️

That's the exact same response I got and it's still not working. I guess sky just aren't really that interested

It took me a while to figure out how to activate hayu.

Click on sign in with hayu not sky

You need an hayu account first

hayu.com/pair

On hayu site scroll down to supply chain

It doesn't say sky partner but you still can type in the number you see on your telly.

Hayu should work after

Thank you, that's worked. Does yours say somewhere that you are getting 3 months free cos mine just says free trial for 7 days
