    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been in the same situation for a few weeks now, spent many hours on the phone to sky. Refreshing, resetting changing things and still no solution. Basically told to wait for it to resolve itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't access paramount plus, I pay £3 for no adverts. When I go to login and activate account it's says I've linked my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however when I go to login to paramount through SKY it isn't a select partner anymore. It also says I don't have an active account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;has sky finished with paramount?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No Sky has not finished with Paramount +&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note the option for Accounts through SKY is&lt;EM&gt; not&lt;/EM&gt; (&amp;amp; never has been ) 'Sign in with Partner' which can be confusing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have checked the threads completed all the basic resets as requested by a super user and yet it says oops we have encountered a problem which will be sorted soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I log into paramount plus on my iPhone it say I have no active account. Sign up for a package...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then checked my account on sky and says it's active and linked ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so what is the plan to get this to work. Please don't send a basic response to refresh apps and check internet as these have all been done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully someone will know what's going on. Also thanks for a response&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
