This issue is also driving me crazy. I've got stuff from Prime Video which I've already watched, And now Disney+ is doing the same thing since the integration showing things that I've either a already watched or B have decided not to continue with so I've gone onto both platforms and removed the items from the continue watch list on the individual platforms. It doesn't show up on an iPad or on the individual apps themselves and even on the apps that you launched through sky it only shows up on the sky homepage on my Q box on the continue watch banner. And I'm a little OCD and it's driving me crazy so any advice or help on this would be greatly appreciated

Yes the same is on pime video I have done the same to delete continue watching by deleting from the watch list but they still show in continue watching. Nothing to with Sky Q box. because they also show on the app on all my other devices my iPhone iPad and tv fife stick. It must be problem with the app it self. Nothing more I can do about it so I will just live with the problem

It no longer appears on my Prime, either Q app or phone app, and yet it refuses to go away from my Q Continue Watching rail.

Yes, i agree there. But this is a series that I am still watching weekly on Disney, as the episodes are released (the Scrubs reboot). I've watched this weeks episode already, and then skipped through to the end a second time, and yet the continue watching rail still shows it. Removing it from my watchlist on the disney app is selfdefeating.

Its also always showing programmes on amazon prime that I only streamed by accident and didn't intend to watch, as they autoplayed by default after finishing something similar. I've removed them from the app, deleted them online from my history, and blocked them, but the CW rail still shows them!

That's not my issue. I was watching something on Disney, and I fell asleep before the end of the final episode and it also played a different series which I didn't wanna watch so I stopped at mid episode removed it from the continued watchlist on Disney but now it won't go off sky and that's exactly the same premise on the things I've watched on prime, there's a series that I've completed that is still showing up on the continue watch banner from prime . so the issue is a bit of a mixed bag I've shows I haven't watched shows I've completed but the common denominator is on both prime and Disney. I've removed them from the continue watched and they don't show up at all on the individual apps they only show up on sky. I've done a hard reset of the Q box I turned it off for a couple of minutes and put it back on again still not fixed it.

Interesting, because I'm having the same issue with iPlayer content. All watched, no continue watching on iPlayer, also made sure nothing was in the iPlayer watchlist, but now there's a stream of iPlayer continue watching items on the Sky homepage. This is a relatively new thing - past couple of weeks - and it's driving me absolutely mad, alongside the Disney+ activation debacle. Oh, it's not an issue on the mobile app, so go figure 🤷‍♂️ ...

It's getting ridiculous. I now have a continuous line of HBO and Disney programmes riding off to the west and into the sunset. I've performed all the usual 'fixes'. Many times over. It's become an obsession. I've even danced naked atop the sat dish, but to no avail. I'm in my 28th year with sky - I know; definition of madness and all that - and boy has it tanked. Won't be signing up again as soon as my current tie in finishes, that's for sure ...

Hi - I'm sat waiting for a Sky engineer, sent out after speaking with the helpdesk. The helpdesk stated that this was not a kknown problem and that they had 'no calls on this whatsover', which I find hard to believe. Anyway, my CW is now pulling on everything I've finished watching on Disney+, HBO Max and iPlayer.

I have stopped CW on each of the individual apps which, as posted by somebody above, completely defeats the purpose on this apps. I have also tested this by watching a 10 episode series on Disney+ over past week where CW is not active and every single episode now shows on my Sky CW bar as started but not played. Despite the continued protestations above that this is not a problem for them, it really, realy, really is a problem ...

Same problem here.

I watched a program for about 3 minutes then left the program. It now sits in my "continue watching" list and I can not get rid of it. No more episodes just a one-off program. I have fast forwarded it to the end, and still there and just goes back to the 3 min slot. How do you delete it.? Does it just siit there for ever and ever?
