    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was hoping for some help. Tried calling but spoke to people who just didn't understand what my issue is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my Broadband with Virgin media and since moving to them (from Sky) every 5 or 6 days my Sky Q loses it Connection to the WiFi and I need to reconnect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the last 7-10 days my Sky Q box just won't find any WiFi options (when it would usually show mine and neighbours).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reboot my WiFi hub several times, I have reboot my Sky Q box. I have tried to manually enter the WiFi details and nothing will work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My actual TV is&amp;nbsp; smart tv, and it connects to the WiFi with no problem as does every other device in the house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before I try and cancel my Sky account, anyone able to help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
