Discovery plus unable to activate

I am trying to access Discovery plus which should be free however when trying to get in it brings up start streaming page which then returns to subscription page asking me to pay.

Ask sky to deactivate ur discovery + then you can reactivate it on the app that is from discovery them selfs sky has known about this for over 4 years just shows how nasty sky is as a company knowing about a fix for a problem and has done nothing but waste sky customers time for no reason but being sky tv
