Sky engineer changed the box but said himself that something else was wrong. I have set the programs to record manually ever since, as I've given up on sky fixing the problem. I thought I'd try again for the 2026 season but it's still the same. Failed to record the practice and sprint qually in China after being set the week before. It is really difficult to speak to sky about the issue but I still want them to know that I am getting a poor service. It seems that most people have no problem. Wohoo! I'm pleased for you all and I don't need to hear from you. I would like sky to fix mine. Oh yeah, and the network connection drops out now that I've gone to full fibre.
