    <description>&lt;P&gt;When we go to Hayu app on teh Q box all we get is a blank screen.&amp;nbsp; I have shut down the qbox and plugged out but still the same.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for that update.&amp;nbsp; What I did was followed the App re set precedure for Q Box.&amp;nbsp; That seemed to work:&lt;BR /&gt;Press home key on remote &amp;gt; scroll to settings then press 0,0,1 &amp;gt; Select.&amp;nbsp; Select apps and highlight Refresh all Apps.&amp;nbsp; The screen will stay at "Your apps is being refreshed"&amp;nbsp; until you dismiss it. So leave that up for 5 minutes or so and then when dismissed&amp;nbsp; then leave another 5 minutes before starting normal viewing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
