Hi @Carol+Garley You cancel your Multiscreen subscription, then Sky will send you packaging to return the Mini box. Please note that you can only do this if the Multiscreen subscription was not part of a discount bundle or an incentive for a free upgrade.

At the moment you could cancel your multiscreen and minbox even if is part of discount bundle as part of April price increase let off. Just wait till you have your notification email and give sky a ring within 30 days. That what I did to cancel my mini box .
