Unable to view paramount or discovery+ apps sibce sending a sky glass back and asking to go back to my sky q box. Phoned sky 5 x now and after trying various things they say I need to contact paramount and discovery to resolve., contacted them both and they both say it's a sky issue, so just in a constant loop and still unable to view the apps. Latest request from discovery + is : Upon checking the screenshots you provided, it appears that your discovery+ TNT Sports plan ended on August 21, 2025.

Currently, you have TNT Sports directly through Sky. We recommend reaching out to Sky to confirm whether your TNT Sports access is still linked to discovery+.

My subscrition for Sky Cinema and TNT sports has never ended, so surely it must be a sky issue and tgey just need to reset/link the accounts to tge apps?
