When I switch on I get this message,Some applications are unavailable due to a bot error. Please refer to the i-message for information.

Has anyone else had this problem and what is I message?

hi @Canarycity

Are you sure that is a message from the SKY box - I seem to recall getting that message from my few year old Sony TV

I have an old Sony tv and I have just switched the tv on and got the same message.

Hi @Canarycity I-message reminds me of a very old Sony TV I had about 20 years ago.

@Canarycity Definately not a message from a Sky Q box, it must be your TV. I would refer to the user manual, there may be one online for your TV set.
