Is this for Sky Q (which is Multiscreen). If so you have to order the mini box as well as a Multiscreen subscription.

Yes: unless you tell them, Sky has no idea how many rooms you are trying to cover.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, Q Mini boxes are separate to the Multiscreen subscription. Some users choose to have Multiscreen so that they can use the Sky Go app on non-Sky hardware (games consoles or Apple TV boxes) and so don't require a Mini.

Multiroom is the legacy Sky+ HD version which isn't available to new customers.
