I have the 4 month free Netflix offer until May, what happens when Sky give me the basic Netflix within my package ?

Sky will only give you Netflix 'free' if you upgrade your Signature package to Ultimate TV (for additional cost) on Sky Q. It's only on Stream and Glass where it comes bundled with the Essential and Ultimate TV packages.

The 4 months free Netflix is likely a 4 month trial of Ultimate TV on Sky Q.

If you have Sky Ultimate TV then you already have Netflix included.
