    <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having problems with getting an upgrade from sky plus to sky q? I ordered sky q on 19th January and have had nothing but problems since. They keep saying there is an error then they say it's worked and book a date but then I get a text saying theres a problem. They keep raising it with the back office yet they still haven't sorted it out. They was supposed to ring me on the 21st February but didn't so I rang and they said it had been changed to the 1st March. Now the 2nd March and no phone call. I'm at my wits end trying to deal with them. All I want is a sky q box. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to get it resolved?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
