As I hve fix contract until 2027. You are increasing prices which I cant afford. Any suggestions. How to get rid of it. Just in case sky will charge me for cancelling it.

Sky rarely (if ever) do fixed term contracts. There is a price review every year which almost always results in a price increase.

Customers of Sky+, Sky Q and Sky Broadband can call Sky within 30 days of receiving the price increase letter or email and leave penalty free.

@princes+16 Get rid of what the contract or the increase either way you can't do either

unless you have it specifically in writing that your price won't change during the minimum term sky doesn't do fixed price contracts and always states price can increase during the term

Hi @princes+16 It is the discounts that are fixed during your minimum term (not contract).

Sky will defijitely charge you for cancelling. Won't save you anything. How much has it gone up by?
