Sky q has a stuck message on screen

My sky q has a message on screen about accessibility on sky q and no matter what I do I can't get it off screen i have reset my box 4 times and changed the remote batteries and it still wont do anything so cannot use sky, anyone else had this issue?

Hi @Dannylambert89

Reset your remote to infrared.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. This will set to rrmote to infrared and it will control any Q box but needs direct line of sight.

This should allow you to clear your issue.

Then when it is working and the Q box is with green led you can re pair the remote
Make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
