Hi have had to go back to factory settings with sky Q box now trying to pair remote with box and the screen is locked on SETTINGS - SKIP TRY LATER. How can I do this when remote is not paired?

Hi @Jussron

First reset the remote to infrared.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box as it will need direct line of sight. This should enable you to control your Box.

It will need re-pairing once you get it working.

Make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
