Sky box noisy

My Sky Q Box keeps getting noisy. It pulses loudly and I have to move the box slightly until it stops. Do I need a new sky box?

You might well require replacement hardware (there aren't any 'new' Q boxes)

Remember to remove the Viewing Card before a doorstep swap-out, and check the replacement has a power supply.
