      <description>&lt;P&gt;Up until this morning, Paramount Plus has been linked to my account via my Sky cinema subsciption. As of today, when I attempt to start the app I get an 'Uh-Oh' error, stating that they are working on fixing it. Also tried to reactivate the link through Sky myshop, but when accessing the activiation page, it states that page not found or has been removed. Is anyone else having issues with Paramoutn Plus?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Weird, I just tried it on my Sky Q box and it was fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked Paramount+ help resources and there is nothing specific reported in terms of issues or ways to troubleshoot that message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would always recommend the usual in this type of scenario, see if one works before moving on to the next:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power cycle the Sky box (unplug for 5 minutes)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Refresh apps (use forum search for instructions)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power cycle your hub/router&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As with other posts, our Paramount + was working fine on Tuesday and we were getting the Oh oh message on Wednesday morning. &amp;nbsp;We contacted Sky and they are saying they have engineers working on the issue, but it is unlikely to be fixed until Tuesday 20th January 2026. &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt; On the plus side, we are getting a month free Sky as compensation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the replies folks! Have tried the recommended actions of power cycling the Sky Q box, refreshing apps and resetting the router. Still however recieving the Uh-Oh error message. If Sky are looking into this, they gave no indication of that when i called yesterday. Will continue to monitor and if it persists will get back to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could subscribe to paramount plus without subscribing to Sky cinema but you have to pay &amp;nbsp;about £4 a month subscription I think you can do that though Sky add to your subscription &amp;nbsp;or going paramount plus web &amp;nbsp;site and subscribing there either way you could still watch it on your Sky box though paramount plus app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for commenting. Definitely a sky issue in my opinion. Spoke to Paramount and they comfirmed that the link from Sky to activate membership had expired. Sky operator (who to be fair was less than convincing) could only confirm that my Sky cinema was active but couldn't diagnose the Uh-Oh error message. Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As a last resort to watch Landman finale, I signed up to the Amazon Prime Paramount which gave a free week and didnt need a Paramount log in as it comes through Prime. &amp;nbsp;It's all very annoying and seems there can't be many people affected as I can't find anything really on the internet about it. &amp;nbsp;Not sure when mine went off as I hadnt't watched it since about Tuesday or Wednesday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We have spent hours on the phone to sky being passed from pillar to post before eventually being told it was an app problem. We were told to wait until Tuesday before contacting them again as it should be resolved before then. She has also lodged a complaint but I have not received any emails re same. 🤯🤯&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else that has this problem paying a Paramount add on sub for this and had payments fail. we pay £3 sub for no ads and I was going to cancel this but couldn't because it said we owed Sky £12 &amp;nbsp;and are finding there is no way to pay, we hadnt noticed this hadnt come out of the bank each month and Sky hadnt notified us. &amp;nbsp; Done some searching on Sky and found others that have had this payment problem. Spent ages on phone with Sky last night and no way of paying it seems, going to ring them again today but for us it does seem it may be the cause of the Paramount problem for us and there was a thread in August which seemed to be similar to our case. so it may help someone if they also have similar. &amp;nbsp;It does seem that there are a lot of failed payments happening for these add ons so may be worth a check anyway if people are paying these subs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that we too have a problem with the added £3 subscription which failed when I got a new credit card. On the phone to sky today again for the umpteenth time. She disconnected sky cinema and then reinstalled it but then I discovered that Paramount still wasn't working and she had added an extra 6 months into my contract. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. I called back asking for this to be resolved ASAP. They offered me an engineer tomorrow at the earliest but I was not prepared to wait for something that wasn't the issue. After some more being passed around I was still no further forward. &amp;nbsp;Hence to say I have told sky where to go and have cancelled my contract and they have assured me I won't be charged for stopping mid contract. Watch this space. 🤯🤯&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had paramount plus ( with sky cinema) for c 3 years. We now pay to go ad free at £3 a month. &amp;nbsp;This weekend 17 January we lost access to paramount plus. After 45 minutes of sky chat which did not help, I went to bills and payments and app subscriptions and found the payment card for market place apps had expired. £3 was shown on screen as outstanding. It said to phone sky and pay. When I tried this, it said no amount was outstanding, when I phoned sky and spoke to a person, I was on the phone for an hour and 20 minutes and to be blunt, the three people I went to, &amp;nbsp;they had no clue and could not help me. Their solutions ranged from refreshing apps, no. To removing sky cinema, no. To creating a duplicate sky id. No. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the billing cycle renews 21st January so I suggested we wait till then. Today 21 Jan I phoned sky who said there was no issue and my paramount plus account /service was live. Still no access. It says I have a paramount plus through sky cine,a, and to li k my account, if I log in it says I have no active plan. When it tries to connect - via the get paramount plus option or sign in option, it cannot and says uh oh an error has occurred, we are working on it, &amp;nbsp;the subscriptions page now &amp;nbsp;say 'renewal in progress, &amp;nbsp;any help appreciated as the sky contacts haven't been able to resolve. I have also spoken to paramount plus who say it is a sky issue, all this started when my payment card expired, I was given no notice or warning on this and sky do not seem to be able to see that as an issue! Yours, frustratedly., &amp;nbsp;Chris . &amp;nbsp;I will check again tomorrow but am &amp;nbsp;not confident it will move!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
