    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the UHD upgrade but today I phoned. Sky about April increase to make some changes to my package though &amp;nbsp;UHD was not one of them but for some reason it has been taken off our package with the things I had asked to cancel this included the ultimate tv pack. Maybe the person I spoke to thought me that as &amp;nbsp;well with language barrier,she was person &amp;nbsp;from India. Anyway as &amp;nbsp;the main SkyQ box is only connected to 40 inch tv which my wife mainly &amp;nbsp;uses and &amp;nbsp;to be honest we could not tell much difference between the quality of the UHD programming we viewed on it compared to the normal HD picture it's probably £4 saved on our subscription and I don't think my wife will even notice that we have not got any more&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to upgrade to SKY UHD but cannot find information of how to do this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apart from phoning Sky?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a specific number to call &amp;amp; I presume I would need a new box as mine isn't compatible for UHD I've been told.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also,does anyone know the cost of a new box &amp;amp; upgrading my package?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My first post so any assistance would be much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you don't have a UHD box then I think that is why you don't get the option to upgrade online&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to double check :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Home - Settings - System Info - Hardware Version&lt;BR /&gt;If it is 32Cxxx then you have an older 1TB non-UHD Box&lt;BR /&gt;If it is 32B0xxx then you have a (V1) UHD but non HDR 2TB Box&lt;BR /&gt;If it is 32B1xxx then you have a (V2) UHD HDR 2TB Box (which has a separate Power supply)&lt;BR /&gt;If it is 32B2xxx then you have a (V3) UHD HDR 1TB or 2TB Box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These days I think they&amp;nbsp; usually charge £99 to upgrade the box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Contact is via the standard channels:&lt;/P&gt;

If with this information you what to contact Sky to upgrade you will find a phone number on April increase email or letter to have or about to receive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
