    <description>I have followed all the steps through sky and I can't log in to netflix on any device. The sky box is signed in. Netflix is trying to make me pay to open an account when I enter my email on any other device as it says my email is not working. I previously spoke to someone from sky around 3/4 weeks ago and the problem still hadn't been fixed.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try clearing all browsers cookies, cache &amp;amp; history. If using an app then reset or delete it then restart the device.&lt;BR /&gt;Do the devices have any antivirus, adblocker or VPN installed?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
